Weekly Weigh In: Week 7

It was a good week, I guess. Being busy clearly suits me,

I lost 6.2 pounds this week.

Yay! Easily the most I’ve lost in one week since I started Weight Watchers. I was really paying attention to what I was eating this week, and not restricting myself too much either. If I found a delicious burger I wanted, I ate it, and adjusted my plan elsewhere to make room.

But more likely, it was the fact that I was very ill on Saturday and could barely keep anything down. I feel much better now, and am determined to eat healthier to keep on track.
