I found it here, and all the credit goes to this person. But this salad looks amazing. You can adjust the amounts depending on if you’re cooking for yourself, or for an army.
- Large tomatoes
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Red Onion
- Basil (julienned)
- Olive Oil
- Vinegar (I used balsamic)
Chop into bite size pieces and toss the ingredients together. Drizzle with oil and vinegar to taste.
