Weekly Weigh In: Week 9

So I was a bit delayed in getting this weigh in done, mostly because I felt bloated and gross all weekend and didn’t want to step anywhere near my scale.

I lost 3.1 lbs this week!

Now, that is a little worrisome, mostly because I’m losing faster than I’d like. (Never thought I would say that.) so this weeks challenge is to slow down my weight loss and get back on track.
