So I was on vacation last week. I made my weigh in last Sunday and found out some good news.
Even though I was on vacation, I lost 1 pound.
I think I got a little overconfident though. Either that or the temptation of all the delicious food on the ship got to me (which I know for a fact it did).
Last week, I gained 2.4 pounds.
It’s proof that just eating a healthy breakfast and salads doesn’t make you lose weight. I was eating healthy, yes, but I was also eating a lot. Not watching my portions caused me to gain a couple pounds back.
It helps at least to know exactly why I gained, and what will change this week.
