Some quick photos

Proof that you CAN eat healthy on vacation.

Pineapple infused water.

Arugala and papaya salad with jicama, avocado and shrimp.

Egg white omelette with spinach, goat cheese and tomato. I will forever be trying to recreate this. (It came with hash browns, but I simply asked them to substitute them for a small bowl of fruit.)

Another fish sandwich. Monchong is delicious, by the way.

I think it’s actually easier to eat healthy while on vacation, if only because you can so easily ask for the healthy option, and you don’t even have to cook it yourself!

That doesn’t mean I didn’t misbehave a little though.

Bacon. Cheese. BBQ Sauce. Onion Ring. Did I mention there was a burger under there?

Later this week I’ll fill y’all in on my activity level and how my weigh ins went while I was gone.
